Job Description
We are seeking a Night Shift PM to join our client's team on upcoming MSV outage projects across the United States. This role involves providing engineering and technical support for Main Steam Valve drop & swap nuclear outage project. Additionally, the position may involve leading smaller scope turn-key projects. Essential Duties:
- Provide engineering expertise for project site work, including service, repair, installations, or fleet outages.
- Advise on disassembly, repair, and assembly of power generation equipment and auxiliary systems; may support startup activities. Support troubleshooting activities.
- Answer questions and requests for engineering information. Ensure technical requirements are met and addresses technical issues with sub-contractors and suppliers.
- May assist project as site shift supervisor: Oversee site assigned project activity labor.
- Coordinate shift activities with the Project/Site Manager and notify them of issues impacting schedule or costs.
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience with Main Steam Valve Repair & Replacement Projects
- 3 years' experience with Nuclear Engineering Projects
- has gone onsite to a nuclear plant – make sure it ask which ones if not on resume!
- Willing to travel to multiple locations for projects
Compensation:
$70hr-$85hr per diem available
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
- Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Salary : $146,000 - $166,000
