Insight Global is looking for an Advanced Practitioner to provide primary health care and perform selective medical services under the direction of a physician. Responsibilities include taking medical histories, assessing medical conditions, interpreting findings, and preparing and maintaining records, including dictating reports. You will be responsible for handling all patient interactions including rooming, treating, planning necessary tests and medications. This job has an emphasis on stress testing, pulmonary function testing, and EKG's. The ideal candidate has experience running their own clinic.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Evaluation and Documentation: Preparing new patients in the clinic and managing follow-up appointments in a personal clinic schedule.
Clinic Rounding and Patient Evaluation: Conducting evaluations for new consults at clinical sites, completing histories and physicals (H&P), and preparing discharge summaries.
Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner: National certification from a national certifying body acceptable by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing. Current BLS certification required. ACLS certification within 60 days of hire.
Physicians Assistant: Baccalaureate degree or a minimum of two years of college credit or graduate from an ARC-PA (Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant) approved program. Current license as a Physician Assistant with the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure.
Licensure/Certification: Current BLS certification required.
Experience: Cardiology experience preferred.
Salary : $100,000 - $155,000
