What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Insight Global?
Insight Global is seeking a part-time Office Administrator for an e-commerce company located in downtown Seattle. This individual will ensure that all of the office amenities are in order, snacks are ordered, lunches are catered, and overall, play a key role in maintaining the office culture.
The ideal schedule would be Monday - Thursday, 8am to 1pm.
Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
- Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
- Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
The hourly rate for this ranges from $17.50 - 19.50/hr depending on experience level.
