Job Title: EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) Operations Analyst
Pay Rate: 34$/hr
Location: Austin TX
Contract duration: 12 months, potential extensions
40 hours/week, 8hrs/day M-Fri. Hybrid position (3 days in office)
Must Haves:
-Must have at least 1-2 years of applicable experience as an operations analyst
-Must have Bachelor's degree, with strong Internship related to experience (can be counted as above)
-MUST have familiarity with SQL, Snowflake & Power BI applications
-Must be local to Austin
Responsibilities:
The main focus will be assisting with implementing and transferring data to a new program. You will also be responsible for creating new forms & metrics. Other duties include:
• Assist in implementation of EHS software, including building forms, designing workflows, and transferring data.
• Collect and analyze data, create reports, dashboards and visualizations as it relates to EHS performance for the organization.
• Utilize project management strategies and software for selected projects.
• Collaborate with leaders, corporate EHS and other members to determine areas of improvement in relation to data trends.
• Maintain databases and data systems by addressing errors and monitoring performance.
• Review and update EHS policies and procedures to reflect current practices or to make improvements.
