Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ (Remote Fridays)
Duration: 6 Months Extensions
Must Haves:
- 4 years hands-on project management experience with budgets >$50K
- Planning and project development experience
- Experience communicating with mid-level to top-level leaders (status reports, emails, presentations, in-person meetings)
- Working knowledge of project management fundamentals, documentation practices, and systems
- Strong documentation skills
- Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Word
Plusses:
- PMP certification/Six Sigma certification
- Experience working in a global organization
Day to Day:
This consultant would be supporting the Customer Care group for any Operational Project/Program Management activities including project plan creation, resource planning, and project status monitoring & reporting. The goal of the operations manager is to support on-time, in-scope/budget projects to achieve the highest project performance, the person in this position is expected to maintain effective communication with key stakeholders and leaders within the division and cross-divisionally where applicable. This involves creating PowerPoints for internal stakeholders and any documentation
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Compensation: 28/hr to 36/hr
