Operations Supervisor

Main Objective: The Operations Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day functions of the satellite ofÏce, including managing the distribution of DME for both military (TRIWEST / Humana) and workers' compensation clients. This position requires a strong understanding of DME operations, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will be responsible for ensuring operational efÏciency, customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. Job Description • Oversee the daily operations of the satellite ofÏce, including the management and distribution of DME products for TRIWEST/Humana beneficiaries and workers' compensation cases. • Supervise and lead a team of employees, including warehouse staff and customer service representatives, ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies. • Ensure timely fulfillment of orders, proper inventory management, and compliance with medical regulations. • Develop and implement operational procedures that optimize efÏciency and support business growth. • Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and government agenciesto ensure smooth processing and approval of DME orders. • Manage vendor relationships and supply chain operationsto ensure timely and accurate product availability. • Ensure compliance with TRICARE, Medicare, Medicaid, and workers' compensation guidelines and regulations. • Monitorinventory levels, prepare reports, and provide analysisfor forecasting and budgeting. • Address and resolve customer service issues, ensuring a customer-first approach in all interactions. • Collaborate with the management team to set goals, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 1 WP&H LLC Qualifications and Education Requirements Proven experience in DME operations, supply chain management, or a similar role in the healthcare industry. Knowledge of TriWest /Humana, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and workers’ compensation procedures related to DME. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in inventory management systems and operational software. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efÏciency. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, healthcare management, or related field (preferred).
