We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supervising assigned manufacturing production activities, including production output, quality, safety, materials, department goals, and coaching and developing the hourly workforce.
Main Responsibilities:
• Supervise assigned manufacturing production activities to ensure achievement of plant goals.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with hourly production team members.
• Identify and correct any safety concerns/issues, conduct safety training, and model positive safety behaviors.
• Support plant leadership with recommendations for improving production methods, equipment, operating procedures, quality standards, production efficiencies, and safety/working conditions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, industrial management).
• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
