Patient Access Manager

Position: Team Lead/Registrar

Perm: 61k-92k

Location: White Plains, NY Onsite M-F 9-5, after 12 months can go Hybrid

Must-Haves:

• GED or High School Graduate, some college preferred
• 5–10 years previous Patient Access Hospital experience required
• Working Knowledge of the Registration and Bed Control workflows
• Previous experience leading a team minimum 3 associates

Day to Day:

• Insight Global is looking for a Team Lead/Registration/Bed control to join the patient accounts team at a top healthcare company. This person will maintain the scheduling for admitting departments, review unbilled service charges, work with departments such as HIM and patient care to perform corrections ex: cancelling an admission and duplicate medical records. This person will also be responsible for the ambulatory and atc turnaround time.
