Job Description
A client in Phoenix, AZ is looking for 4 Payment Processors to join their team. As a Payment Processor, you will handle inbound calls from clients who have received settlement offers. Your main responsibility is to assist these clients in making payments according to the terms of their settlements. Key Responsibilities: • Take approximately 25 calls per day from clients looking to make payments on their settlements. • Verify the identity of each caller to ensure security and accuracy. • Explain the details of the settlement offers to clients, including the amount due and the deadline for payment. • Securely process payments from clients, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded. • Answer any questions clients may have about their settlements and provide guidance as needed. • Update client records in the system to reflect payments made and any changes in account status. • Send confirmation emails or letters to clients after payments are processed.
