Job Description
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team at Insight Global.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and accurately enter timekeeping and payroll data for all departments
- Process and monitor garnishment orders and other factors impacting payroll specifications
- Compute and disburse salaries, deductions, taxes, and other withholdings
Benefits and Requirements
- Benefits Administration: Support Open Enrollment, oversee maintenance of employee benefit elections, review and process monthly benefit invoices
- Requirements: High school diploma or GED, ideally Associates or Bachelor's Degree in human resources, accounting, business, or other relevant field, 3-5 years proven experience with payroll processing, proficient with Microsoft Excel – pivot tables, macros, calculations
