Payroll Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Payroll Manager to sit in Chantilly, VA. This prefor will be expected to complete the following:

Day-To-Day:

• Manage the team who processes end-to-end payroll processing utilizing payroll and HR systems (ADP Workforce Now and Workday) and accounts payable, utilizing Costpoint and NAV
• Provide leadership development to direct report(s) to optimize operational excellence and create experienced talent
• Develop and maintain relationships with HR, Accounting, and FP&A teams throughout the payroll and accounts payable cycles
• Must be aware of statutory regulations, working knowledge of payroll and accounts payable best practices and ensure compliance with internal policies
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and audits to ensure policies and procedures are being adhered to
• Maintain accurate records and prepare weekly/monthly/yearly reports

Direct Placement Roles:

Compensation:

$95,000 to $115,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
