What are the responsibilities and job description for the PEOPLESOFT SECURITY CONSULTANT position at Insight Global?
We are looking for an individual to work for a leader in the healthcare industry. In this role you will be responsible for all security measurements tied to the PeopleSoft environment this client is currently in (Image 49). You will be responsible for new and existing features from a security perspective. Coming to the table with what the designs should look like and make those decisions based off risk. Sometimes they don't know if its security issue as access is denied for a user or they cant access a page. You would essentially be debugging all items and analyzing security risk assessments.
Other responsibilities will be :
- Perform hands-on Analyst role by documenting and analyzing requirements
- May perform hands-on PM role for small-scale initiatives not requiring a full project team by developing project plans, cost estimates, or other resource estimates
- Provide technical input during business requirement gathering and fit-gap sessions and perform major - - - PeopleSoft and tools upgrades
- Complete technical development tasks using PeopleSoft tools
- Execute unit testing plans on assigned customizations, interfaces, and reports and provide technical support during testing phases
- Debug delivered PeopleSoft functionality and processes
- Demonstrate a high level of teamwork on client projects
- Provides PeopleSoft functional expertise and leadership
- Developing effective testing plans and scripts, defining expected results for all tests
- Providing solutions to complex issues
