What are the responsibilities and job description for the Permit Coordinator position at Insight Global?
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Permitting Coordinator will be responsible for viewing daily flash reports from the sales team and then will start by submitting requests for plot plans to the third-party surveyors and engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact and liaison between trade groups and the sales as well as land development team internally
- Deal with multiple entities at once to make sure the permits are obtained in a timely manner
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Needing a well-spoken individual who can communicate with vendors and permitting teams to make sure permits are obtained in a timely manner.
- Ability to multi-task and be very organized.
- Experience with Excel
Compensation: $22-26/hour
Duration: 6 month contract with strong possibility of extension!
