PHARMACY OUTREACH REPRESENTATIVE (OUTBOUND)

Insight Global is seeing a Remote Pharmacy Outreach Representative to support a healthcare startup client on a short-term project (3-mos contract). Under the supervision of a Pharmacist Team Lead and Head of Operations, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to pharmacies to collect data. This is a high-volume call center setting and Reps will be expected to make 12 outreach calls per hour (~80 per day). Equipment will be provided.

• Experience working in a Pharmacy Center
• 3 years of experience in a call-center
• Experience making 80 outbound calls per day
• Healthcare background (comfortable / confident pronouncing names of various medications)
• OK with no time off requests for the duration of the project
• Remote work experience
