Job Title: PACS Admin
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join our team of 10 supporting 3rd party applications that integrate with Epic. This person will play a key role in supporting and managing cardiology imaging systems (C-PACs, MUSE) and other healthcare applications. This includes managing the full lifecycle of applications, troubleshooting, creating workflows, upgrades, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an Analyst/Administrator for cardiology imaging systems managing day-to-day tickets, enhancement requests, upgrades, and system maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and address technical issues, optimizing system performance, implementing new imaging cardiology workflows.
- Provide support for cardiology imaging systems, including Cardiology PACS (C-PACS), MUSE for ECG data management, and hemodynamic systems (e.g., Philips, GE, Change Healthcare).
- Collaborate with physicians and other stakeholders through meetings, including specific discussions with physicians to address system needs and improvements.
- Epic project support
- Perform Project Management (PM) functions as needed.
Requirements:
- Imaging experience with cardiology and/or radiology systems
- Experience working with Cardiology PACS(C-PACS - Picture Archiving and Communication System)
- MUSE (Microscopy with UV Surface Excitation) imaging for ECG (electrocardiogram) data
- Hemodynamic cardiology imaging systems
- Experience managing and supporting 3rd party imaging applications across their full lifecycle.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Imaging certifications (a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Epic knowledge (a plus).
