What are the responsibilities and job description for the Portfolio Operations Analyst position at Insight Global?
Insight Global is seeking a Portfolio Operations Analyst to join a leading independent asset management firm. This Analyst will assist the manager in all aspects of daily oversight with Market Data – including oversight of inbound source data, transformation, quality monitoring, extract redistribution, troubleshooting of cross-platform data flow and data cost analysis. The individual may also be asked to lead or co-lead projects in partnership with Enterprise Technology involving system enhancements in support of new investment strategies. This will entail both production support and project work on a day-to-day basis. Strong experience with Microsoft excel is crucial as they will be putting data into Excel to create exception files for uploading to key systems and analyzing the data. This will be a Hybrid position onsite in either Boston or Charlotte 3 days week.
Requirements:
• 5 years working as a Portfolio Operational Analyst/Data Expertise from an operational perspective
• Experience with Bloomberg data sets/APIs
• Experience with any Data Management System
• Experience with securities processing experience and knowledge
• Experience across multiple asset types like Equities, Fixed Income and Derivatives
• Skilled with Microsoft Excel
• Great communication and strong analytical skills
Salary : $30 - $35
