What are the responsibilities and job description for the PRE-REGISTRATION/INSURANCE VERIFICATION SPECIALIST position at Insight Global?
Works with IT / EMR on troubleshooting Registration interface errors.
- Contacts patients prior to initial visit to discuss co-pay and / or self-pay arrangements.
- Insurance verification and registration experience.
- Must be able to work 100% remote.
- Customer Service experience.
- Epic experience.
- Can handle high call volume.
