What are the responsibilities and job description for the Premium Field Auditor position at Insight Global?
Our customer is looking for a premium field auditor to sit in Maryland. This individual will be traveling around DMV 2x / week and then virtual the remainder of the days. Responsibilities include :
- Conduct premium audits in compliance with established policies and guidelines and industry standards
- Provide routine auditing support to premium fraud on selected accounts
- Maintain, monitor, and manage audits for assigned territory utilizing necessary tools and resources
- Accountable for achievement and maintenance of time to serve, productivity, and quality standards based on the department / organizational objectives
- Assess and analyze additional significant account information and make specific decisions / recommendations for account modifications
- Work with policyholders, agents, and internal staff to analyze and resolve audit disputes as needed
- Conduct peer quality reviews as scheduled to assure high quality of audits performed
- Review completed field audits in compliance with established company policies, guidelines, and industry standards
- Complete other duties assigned by management
