Preschool Instructional Aide

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Aide to join our preschool program at Insight Global. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of curriculum, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive and grow.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons, incorporating a variety of activities and materials to cater to different learning styles.
• Help maintain a well-organized and inclusive learning environment, adhering to Head Start performance standards and Child Care Licensing regulations.
• Support children in their daily routines, providing emotional support and comfort when needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education background preferred.
• Previous experience working with children aged birth to five in a preschool or daycare setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed about their child's development and any concerns.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in email communication.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background test, drug test, and federal fingerprinting.
