Day to Day:
A Client of Insight Global is looking to add a level 3 or 4 Lean Process Engineer to their team. In this role you will analyze business processes to find and fix inefficiencies using Lean tools. You will apply Lean principles like Kaizen, 5S, and Kanban to improve processes and reduce waste, working with different teams to make these changes. You will create process maps and documentation to track performance and improvements. You will identify and eliminate waste, develop standardized procedures, and train employees on Lean methods. You will encourage continuous improvement by involving employees, solving problems, and implementing corrective actions. You will measure performance, report findings to management, and collaborate with various teams to optimize processes. Lastly, you will share best practices and maintain a list of improvement ideas to engage everyone in your Lean journey.
This position pays $50/hr
