Procurement Specialist

Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 year of related experience

• Jira, Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Visio, Database, PowerPoint, Skilled with Excel Macros/formulas.

Job Details:

A client is looking for a qualified and organized procurement specialist to join their team. The analyst will focus on Software Licensing and Subscription Service vendors and work on the organizational workflow and day to day process. The ideal candidate will support their vendor management team and implement changes to reduce costs with their licensing vendors. In this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to partner up with our business owners, finance, sourcing, and legal team domestic and international on all vendor management licensing and services requests. In addition to leading our procurement workflow and renewals for all licensing agreements across multiple business units. This role is on site 5x a week in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.

Compensation:

$25/hr to $30/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
