Procurement Specialist

Insight Global is partnering with one of the largest Agriculture companies in the world to hire a Procurement Specialist. This position will assist team members with managing agreement data in R&D Systems and payment management of R&D Agreement payment needs.

• Provide knowledgeable guidance and high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Proactively coordinate with colleagues from Research, Finance, Procurement, other internal functions, and offshore support entities to deliver results

Lead or coordinate completion of tasks and assignments including, but not limited to:

• Managing data entry of new requests into contract system
• Maintaining databases for data integrity
• Monitoring contractual payments obligations to ensure they managed on time
• Receiving quotations and agreements from stakeholders
• Ensuring documents are compliant with internal checklists
• Entering requisitions into relevant systems and monitoring through approval processes
• Confirming purchase orders match requisitions and addressing variances

Desired Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience working in a data entry role
• Must have strong experience and expert knowledge working with Excel
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation:

$22/hr to $28/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
