Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Creative Producer to support operations at a major global retail client in the PNW. The candidate will join North America Retail Design, delivering storytelling content and experiences. Responsibilities include leading medium to large-scale productions, managing outreach and negotiations, budget management, contract execution, and ensuring creative vision through to final delivery. The role involves sourcing materials, overseeing installations, and maintaining production schedules. The Creative Producer will be the key communication point between internal and external teams, contributing to design strategy and building industry relationships. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Retail Design Operations, the candidate will work closely with Design, Brand, Visual Merchandising, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Real Estate teams.
Work in conjunction with the Program Manager, Studio Director, and Design Team to contribute to long-term planning and process improvements to support Global, Geography partner, and Brand goals. Manage all aspects of assigned retail projects and related production processes to effectively execute on timelines, goals, and budgets. Drive project schedules and communications, meeting cadence, execution of deliverables, and in-store installations. Maintain strong communication, both written and verbal, internally and externally. Collaborate with the design and operations teams, architects, agencies, contractors, and fabricators to ensure designs are executed to specification and quality standards. Facilitate sampling and prototyping, identify and address key issues and challenges in the printing, construction/manufacturing, and testing of designs. Be accountable for organizing, recording, and maintaining all project-specific development/production documentation and specifications for integration into retail standards. Leverage best practices and tools while improving on them. Foster teamwork and build consensus among the design team, partner teams, and vendors. Encourage innovative thinking and operational excellence that optimizes creativity.
