Day to Day:
A client of Insight Global is expanding their team in Cincinnati, OH and is looking to hire on a Production Operator at an entry level. This person will be reporting to the Production Manager to help spearhead the increase in business growth and is wanting individuals who pride themselves in being detail oriented, looks at this industry as an art more so than a science, enjoys working cross functionally as a team player as well as wanting a position where they can grow long term. The individuals who join the team will be trained/caught up to speed on the overall business with direction from their manager to ensure they feel setup for success.
Essential day-to-day functions:
- Control and monitor creation of flavor, mixing, clarification, discharge and cleaning processes using computer- and manually- controlled operations to specifications.
- Accurately follow processes and procedures as they relate to production, safety, customer specifications, etc.
- Maintain records and logs according to company required recordkeeping procedures using both manually and computer-based methods.
- Read and comprehend specifications, process instructions, safety and proA global manufacturer client in the flavor and fragrance ingduction procedures, etc. as provided by the company and Frutarom customers.
- Apply math skills in the daily operation and adjustment of processes.
- Follow all processes, procedures and trainings as required per standing Frutarom policies and practices.
- Check samples per procedure.
- Troubleshoot systems and processes.
- Follow all policies and procedures as directed by the company.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Attend ongoing training as necessary to update and maintain skills.
- Perform scheduled preventative and low-level maintenance as needed and when defined.
- Perform all Operator functions as required.
