Job Title: Program Manager

Duration: 1-year contract (extensions and/or conversion possible)

Location: ONSITE in San Antonio, TX 78288 (4 days in the office and 1 day remote)

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay Rate: $55-65/hour (depending on experience)

Must Haves:

• 8-10 years of program and/or project management experience managing complex efforts (internal clients, external vendors, multiple workstreams, etc.)
• 2-3 years of product ownership/management experience
• Experience with development and/or implementation of a product operating model
• Experience defining processes, routines, reporting, clear role clarity, RACI charts to assign responsibilities, and task management
• Experience working with Architecture teams including Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Governance Architecture, IT Architecture, etc.
• Experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Mater, or similar
• Experience working with executive directors and high level stakeholders
• Experience with Clarity, Jira Work Management (JWM), and/or Apptio
• Change management experience creating change management plans for different tools/software
• Must have experience working in a shared service environment

Day-to-Day:

The Program Manager will be responsible for managing the implementation of a comprehensive product operating model that encompasses business architecture, data architecture, governance, and IT architecture services of an enterprise architecture team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of the product operating model, aligning it with the organization’s goals and objectives. This role requires multiple disciplines including aspects of project management, program management, product management, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Operating Model Implementation: Lead the development and implementation of a product operating model for the Enterprise Architecture team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business leaders, data architects, governance teams, and IT architects to define and prioritize requirements, ensuring seamless integration across all architecture domains.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery of the product operating model within scope and on schedule.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Enterprise Architecture services.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with the implementation of the product operating model.
• Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the product operating model.
• Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and achievements.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the product operating model.

IG Consultants: While on contract, you will be an Insight Global employee working for a particular company/end client on W2.

• Pay Day: You will be paid out each Friday and one week in arrears. This means you will receive payment for this week’s hours next Friday.
• Holidays/Time Off: While a consultant through Insight Global, the hours you work are they hours you will be paid. We do not offer paid sick days, paid time off, or paid holidays, except as required by applicable law.
