Day-to Day:
Insight Global is hiring for a Program Manager to sit onsite for a large, telecommunication company in Stamford, CT. This role will be 4 days a week onsite, 1 day remote. This Program Manager will be responsible for managing and leading multiple project managers. This Program Manager will be working on a project based on contextual interaction with customers. In other words, this project is based on looking at past customer data and actions they have taken. When the customer calls in or reaches out, the agent or system will give prompts or suggestions based off those prior reasons for reaching out- leading to better customer service. On a day-to-day basis, this program manager will defines and report program roadmap, status, development issues, and success metrics, Identify and monitor areas of risk, seek opportunities to improve cost, performance and schedule, builds and manages budgets, facilitates communication and coordination amongst projects, and manages stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
Salary : $50 - $72
