Senior Programmer Analyst
Location : Hybrid in Richmond, VA – one week onsite, one week remote rotation
Schedule : M – F, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
Duration : 12 month contract with potential renewals
Pay Range : $45-55 / hr based on experience
Day to Day : Insight Global is seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst to support one of our largest technology clients based in Richmond, VA. This position for the client's Microsoft Center of Excellence team involves analyzing, designing, building, and implementing business solutions. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, creating cost-effective solutions, maintaining existing systems, and providing technical support. Day to day responsibilities / requirements include :
- Strong knowledge of IT principles, system designs, and software development life cycle best practices.
- Ability to work independently in a professional team setting.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Create and maintain development artifacts (e.g., use cases, user stories, process flows, technical specifications).
- Prepare materials for design reviews and product sessions.
- Assist clients with testing system enhancements.
- Provide targeted technical support and troubleshooting.
