Title: Analyst Programmer

Location: Anchorage, Alaska *5 days onsite

Duration: 12 months w/ possibility of extension

Job Description

As an Analyst Programmer you'll develop and maintain.NET applications, create reports and dashboards, and ensure data accuracy. You'll work with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform data analysis, and integrate Cognos with other systems. Additionally, you'll troubleshoot issues and provide technical support and training to end-users. This role offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for growth.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a .NET Developer, with a strong understanding of C#, ASP.NET, and MVC.
• Experience with IBM Cognos Analytics, including report and dashboard development.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance .NET applications.
• Design and implement Cognos reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform data analysis and create data models to support reporting needs.
• Integrate Cognos with other systems and databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to .NET applications and Cognos reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on Cognos tools.
