Overview
A large engineering firm is hiring a Federal Project Accountant ll to join their Federal Project Accounting team. This will be a hybrid role, 4 days onsite, 1 day remote in Englewood, CO. The primary responsibility of this individual will be providing project accounting support to the various HDR offices in compliance with Federal Government & company policies. Other responsibilities include: Assisting Project Managers with project forecasts, meeting monthly billing deadlines, & with monthly financial analyses of their projects. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, able to work independently & possess strong analytical skills. This will be a 6-month contract-to-hire role.
Qualifications
- 3 years of project accounting experience
- Experience working in Oracle MS office, EBusiness Suite experience
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or related field
- Previous employment with an engineering firm
- Knowledge and/or understanding of federal client billing
Salary : $28 - $34
