Job Summary:
We are seeking a technical, data-focused Project Analyst to join our year-end and quarter-end project support team. This role involves working with clients to ensure they are prepared for year-end reporting, identifying gaps in the process, and analyzing data for insights. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, and be adept at running and analyzing reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within the year-end and quarter-end project support team to ensure clients are prepared for deadlines.
- Identify gaps in clients’ processes, such as missing W2s, and provide solutions.
- Run and analyze reports, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Perform data entry and manage a high volume of data.
- Use tools like Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, SQL, or Power BI to analyze and visualize data.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present data findings clearly.
- Project and program management experience.
- Data-oriented mindset with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data.
- Experience with year-end or quarter-end processes is a plus.
