Job Description

The Project Delivery Manager at a beverage distributor will oversee the implementation of various projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively. This role involves managing operational changes, technical innovations, supplier or brand acquisitions, physical configurations of buildings, and significant process changes. The Project Delivery Manager will also lead and mentor other project managers, taking a hands-on approach to project management. Day to Day Breakdown: 50% People Management / 50% Project Management & Stakeholder Management

• Business Acumen: Understanding of the general workings of the industry within which the organization functions.

• Project Management: Excellent planning and organizing skills. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. Strong leadership and change management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.

• Leadership: Exceptional work ethic, enthusiasm, and drive to succeed. Demonstrated ability to tactfully influence executives, leaders, and project stakeholders. Ability to assemble and manage cross-functional project teams. Direct and supervise vendors, consultants, and team members.

• People Management: This role involves leading cross-functional project teams and developing strong, trusting, and effective relationships with operations, sales, and administrative leadership throughout the company. The Project Delivery Manager will also assist other Project Managers as needed.
