Position: Sr Project Manager (Levels 1-3 )

Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Location: Onsite 5 days/week in Cincinnati, OH 45202

Start Date: March/April 2025

Interview Process: 2-3 Rounds

Hourly Rate: $60-$75/hour for contract

Conversion: Market Rate

Required Skillsets:

* 5-7 years of Project Manager experience (enterprise-wide projects) o Taken on multiple projects are once

* Experience in an environment with hybrid Agile & Waterfall methodologies

* Great Communication

Day to Day:

An insurance client in Cincinnati is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team on a 6 month contract to hire basis in supporting various new and existing initiatives. Their responsibilities include managing and ensuring the execution of Enterprise and/or Strategic project deliverables:

o Requirements - Identify project alternatives and potential tradeoffs in release timing or scope to meet project objectives.

o Schedules - Obtain estimates and compare to available capacity to build and communicate detailed project schedules.

o Execution - Notify team members of their deliverables and due dates. Track project progress against plans via project scheduling software. o Communication - Communicate to senior management and down on the status and issues of programs/projects. Hold regular status meetings, document and communicate project progress. Proactively communicate information needed by team members to complete their tasks and with stakeholders that play a role in the project. § Change Control - Manage change requests and modifications to the project plan. § Quality - Assure deliverables are reviewed and quality is achieved as planned. § Lessons Learned - Maintain project documentation and conduct lessons learned meetings for all projects. Working alongside senior project and program managers, there is a lot of learning and growth opportunity for this individual as well!

Compensation:

$60/hr to $74/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
