Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Project Superintendent to join our team at an EPC firm in Destrehan, LA. This individual will oversee the overall work performance of all crews and craft discipline workers on a job site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee commercial Craft disciplines in Electrical and Instrumentation or other required Craft as specified for the project or client needs.
- C coordinate Specialty Subcontractors' interwoven activities at work fronts.
- Ensure safety, quality, and resource allocation requirements of assigned construction activities.
- Support the plan of all components of construction workflows, materials, or resources required for project execution and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proactive communication with Safety and Quality to ensure required resources are available.
- Communication with Project Controls for progress tracking and schedule reporting.
- Effective communication with Clients in support of field activities and progress plans.
- Coordinate Daily Coordination Meetings with all disciplines for planning adjustments, new need communications, or critical material deliveries.
