JOB DESCRIPTION
An employer in Pomona, California is looking for a Proposal Specialist to join their business development team. This person will be creating custom proposals for clients within the retail and restaurant industries for remodels and rollouts. They will be working with 4 Business Development Directors and will be doing market and industry research to create marketing materials including proposals and PowerPoints. They will also be reviewing data post award to help make better informed decisions for future projects and proposals. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:00pm PST.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3 years of proposal development specifically utilizing Adobe Design
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High sense of urgency with ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience working in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
- Experience writing proposals within the construction industry for remodels and rollouts
Compensation:
$70,000 to $110,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
