Quality Assurance Compliance Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Quality Assurance & Audit Compliance Manager for one of their clients. The Quality Assurance & Audit Compliance Manager leads and oversees food safety initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and company policies. Their daily tasks include developing and improving food safety programs like HACCP, GMPs, and FSMA, conducting risk assessments, and leading various audits. They collaborate with other departments to drive a culture of food safety excellence, perform wheat and flour testing, manage flour specifications, finished product COAs, and handle customer complaints. Additionally, they maintain all necessary records and documentation to support mill quality and food safety programs. Leadership is key, as they direct a team of quality assurance and food safety professionals, and at certain locations, may also oversee the grain elevator department. Their strong work ethic, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills are essential in managing these daily tasks effectively.

Must Haves

2-7 Years of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in the food industry

High School Diploma or GED

Plusses

PCQI, HACCP, SQF, Food Defense Certifications

Bachelor's Degree

Experience working in a four milling environment

TWIC Certification
