Key Responsibilities:
The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee Insight Global's quality assurance efforts, ensuring products meet all regulatory standards. This involves maintaining quality systems and procedures, collaborating with production and procurement teams, and supporting the documentation and investigation of chemical raw material issues.
Main Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement quality systems and procedures for compliance with relevant standards and customer requirements
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to ensure products meet all specifications
- Conduct investigations into chemical raw material issues and non-conformance events
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including product documents, labeling, sampling, and QC approvals
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- At least 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, or a related role in the chemical, personal care, or related manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards (e.g., GMP, ISO, REACH) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools
