What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Tester position at Insight Global?
We are seeking QA testers to join our large banking client to assist in testing over 3500 monitoring activities. This role is critical to implementing updates to our Monitoring Program and will conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Control for over 3500 Monitoring activities. This team will be responsible for testing the activities to see if they meet the 20 or so different requirements. QA testers will test, review information against the test script, and provide detailed feedback as to if the test met the requirements. Each test will take roughly an hour to complete. This position is a three month contract and candidates can be fully remote in the Charlotte, NC area.
Required skills:
- 3 years as QA tester
- Banking Risk management experience
- Tableau and Sharepoint exp – using to write reports
- Understands compliance and operational risk
