Key Responsibilities:
Review and document updates regarding commissioning activities.
create NETA reports and punch lists for client communication.
Oversee the final two steps of quality control, ensuring all documentation is accurate and comprehensive.
Identify, document, and report all deficiencies or non-conformances throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience working with major data center builders such as Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, or Google.
In-depth knowledge of all levels of commissioning, including familiarity with NETA reports and punch lists.
Experience wih Procore, Bluebean, cxalloy
