Job Description
- A client in the Defense industry is looking to add 3 Quality Engineers to their team on site in Northampton, MA! These Engineers will oversee the implementation of quality-related tasks for medium to large developmental and production agreements. Formulates and applies strategies and techniques for designated projects to ensure compliance with all contractual quality standards and the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) guidelines and protocols. They will be responsible for performing in-process inspections, performing final inspections and building book reviews and approvals, writing non-conformance reports and corrective action requests, supporting multiple teams and leading the manufacturing team by following the process and enforcing quality policies and procedures.
