We are seeking a highly skilled PowerBI Reporting Analyst to join our team and support our Vulnerability Program, which currently encompasses eight different work streams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reporting on multiple project streams, providing insights to all stakeholders, and pulling data from various sources such as ServiceNow and Tanium. This role requires a strong understanding of statistics and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain PowerBI reports and dashboards to track project metrics and statistics related to reductions in different areas.
- Pull data from ServiceNow, Tanium, and other sources to generate comprehensive reports.
- Provide timely and accurate information to Project Managers (PMs) and Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs).
- Report on project progress and metrics, focusing on project-related data rather than overall vulnerability trends within different departments.
- Automate report generation and dashboard updates using SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and other tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Manage multiple projects and work streams, ensuring consistent and accurate reporting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in PowerBI report development and dashboard creation.
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience in reporting on project metrics.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Tanium, SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence.
- Ability to automate reporting processes and update dashboards efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to PMs, TDMs, and other stakeholders.
- Project management experience, particularly in reporting on progress and metrics.
- Understanding of infrastructure and the ability to comprehend technical language.
Compensation:
$__30__/hr to $__55___/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
