Job Overview :
Responsible for the development of residential construction documents and other related Architectural Materials. Mentor less experienced staff through the product development process
Must Haves :
- Related Functional Experience : Minimum 2-5 years AutoCAD operations experience (specific knowledge of current version of AutoCAD Architecture preferred)
- Comprehensive knowledge of residential construction techniques, construction documents, building codes, procedural knowledge of activities related to home building construction, including understanding plans and specifications.
- Effective communication and organization skills
- Software Skills – Word, Excel, Bluebeam, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Revit
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent Associate degree in Drafting or bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
- Knowledge and work experience in residential construction may reduce or replace this requirement.
