Job Description
As a Specialist in our stores, you will help deliver the customer experience in our retail stores by ensuring customers receive the highest level of customer service at all times, assisting with sales, and managing the operations within the location. In this role you will:
-Assist customers with billing and service questions, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, floor managing, greeting and explaining products and services to customers as needed.
-Provide full and ongoing support for all facets of store operation, inventory processes, and merchandising.
-Place outbound calls to current customers via warm leads to promote our products and services.
-Interacting face to face to enhance the customer experience, drive revenue and reinforce the sales process through your passion.
-Consistently providing exceptional customer interaction experiences to meet our customers where they are.

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. - Compensation: 30hr to 35hr
