Revenue Cycle Specialist - San Diego, CA 92123 - Onsite - $22-26/hr
Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team in San Diego. The ideal candidate will have full revenue cycle experience, with a strong focus on denial management and medical billing. This role requires excellent research skills, the ability to handle high-volume denials, and proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Must-haves:
- HS Diploma or GED
- 2 years of medical billing experience to include payment posting, denial resolution, appeal submissions
- Proficient in Excel, specifically: PivotTables, data clean-up and working with live formulas
- Must be able to research denials and working claims backwards
- Experience with SharePoint and E-commerce platforms
- EHRs, Health Plan portal, Clearing Housing navigation experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
