What are the responsibilities and job description for the Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst position at Insight Global?
Insight Global Health is looking for a Charge Master Analyst for one of our largest Healthcare clients. He / She will support Revenue Cycle with implementing billing system updates needed to ensure revenue integrity and maintain compliant billing. The Analyst will assist with root cause analysis for charging, coding, billing, denials related issues and work collaboratively with operations and IT to implement EPIC build fixes. They will also provide reimbursement analysis, assists with bill problem resolution, and provide coverage guidelines for billable services to reduce or prevent future claim denials. This can include : reviewing current practices as they relate to system interfacing, account audits, contractual language, and any other system or department that may impact the financial health.

Medical coding background
Strong knowledge of IT systems such as Crystal Reports or MS Access
Knowledge of coding guidelines, both ICD-10-CM and CPT-4
3 years of experience as a Charge Master Analyst / Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst
Resolute Hospital Billing Administration Certification
Charge Router and / or Charge Master Epic Applications Certifications,
Hands-on Excel skills (Pivot tables, v-look ups)
Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills
Bachelors Degree
