SailPoint Engineer

Position Summary

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic, agile full-stack software engineer to be part of the team that is transforming Identity and Access Management in our mission of improving the lives of patients. Primary responsibilities will be part of a greenfield project onboarding 100 applications from Saviynt to SailPoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Write effective, scalable, reusable, performant, and testable code, and clear documentation
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality
• Work collaboratively with team members including offshore and share knowledge.
• Participate in architecture, design and planning sessions
• Develop design patterns and generalize code to address common use cases. Most importantly, build reuseable and expandable components
• Help ensure applications maintain seamless performance and adherence to KPIs and SLAs
• Frequently evaluate IAM technologies and services and stay current on the latest technologies and trends.
• Implement data security and data protection within PHI (Protected Health Information) environment
• Stay abreast of modern technologies and practices, innovate, and collaborate
• Will be responsible for following the client's standards for Identity Access Management, and related environments.
• Mentor and provide guidance to lower level engineers.

Critical Skills

• 3-5 years' experience in API development (Java, Python, Go, etc)
• Knowledge of Microservice architecture and best practices
• Deep knowledge of Oauth workflows and Service ID management
• Expertise onboarding applications to SailPoint
• Knowledge of database experience and SQL
• Experience with RESTful API development including JSON structures, endpoint negotiation
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker and Kubernetes)
• Deep cloud platform architecture and services experience (Azure preferred).
• Knowledge of industry CI/CD methodologies, Agile and unit testing.
