Must Have Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or equivalent role
- Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira (or similar)
- Experience using ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Manager or MS Project (or similar)
- Experience workng in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall and / or SAFe software development environments
Day to Day
A large agricultural company is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to coach and lead multiple new project teams. They will also collaborate with Product Owners, business SMEs, Portfolio Managers, and many other roles to identify customer needs, prioritize them, and collaboratively plan the team's work.
Other Responsibilities include
Compensation : 50 / hr to $65 / hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Salary : $50 - $65
