Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team on a hybrid schedule, working 3 days per week onsite. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment and preferably hold a SAFe Scrum certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) for up to 3 Agile teams.
- Ensure the teams adhere to Agile principles and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove impediments and ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Track and report on team progress and performance metrics.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- SAFe Scrum certification is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
- Experience working in a large enterprise environment with complex IT organizations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.

Compensation: $45/hour to $55/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
