What are the responsibilities and job description for the SECRET DIRECTOR, SOLUTION ARCHITECTURE position at Insight Global?
An employer is looking for a Director of Solutions Architect to sit onsite in FairFax, VA. This candidate will focus on high value Federal proposals. This candidate with work directly with the proposal team and the business development team to develop an advanced technical concept to win RTDE contract work and system integration contracts. They will lead the technical solutions development and serve as the key person for proposals. They will be directly support teaming strategy, structure, and selection of teammates based on an analytical assessment of the company's strengths / weaknesses against customer issues, SOW / RFP requirements, and competitors.
230K to $250K per year annual salary. [If client has provided an exact salary, then no need to use a range; also, if the client has provided an hourly rate, then use same hourly language from the Contract / Contract-to-Hire section above.]

Active Secret Clearance
10 years of experience and a Bachelors Degree, 8 years of experience and a Masters Degree or 14 years of experience and a high school diploma.
Track record in solutions supporting capture / award of large programs withing the DoD and Intelligence community.
Experience with full life cycle business development processes including capture strategy, Management and Technical solution development, customer relationship development, competitive intelligence, and team leadership, etc.
Previous experience working as an Enterprise System Engineer, Principal Architect, etc
Familiarity with various acquisition pathways (General Services Administration (GSA), One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS), ASTRO, IAC MAC, etc. a plus
Salary : $230,000 - $250,000
