Pay rate : $55-75 / hr depending on relevant experience
Location : Westerville, OH – 5 days a week on-site
Must Haves :
3 years of experience with Identity and Access Management across four or more applications
2 years of SAP security experience
Proficiency with security configuration, role design and maintenance, and user role mapping
Ability to translate user needs into requirements documents and coordinate testing, implementation, and training for these requests with the technical team and other functional team members
Plusses :
College degree in Computer Science, technology, or a related field preferred
Experience practicing SAP security in a retail environment
Experience with SailPoint Identity Now and Access Risk Module
Experience with large project implementation and system upgrades
Day-to-day :
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Identity & Access Management Engineer. Plans, designs, analyzes, maintains, and implements the Company’s identity management, access management, and directory services solutions. Provides support to other departments, vendors and business organizations. Assists with identity and access management architecture. Assists in directing, mentoring, and advising identity and access management team members. This individual’s responsibilities will include the following below –
Acts as the SAP security subject matter expert, partnering with IT teams on design, upgrade, project and architecture decisions.
Provisions access to various SAP environments using the SAP IDM tools.
Responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and integration of various systems Identity and Access Management (IAM) components.
Provides level one and level two support of various IAM applications.
Supports and troubleshoots complex interactions of the Company’s IAM systems and ancillary systems.
Utilizes appropriate techniques and tools to identify and address problems; partners with IT teams and end users to identify and resolve problems.
Collaborates with managers in the development of new IAM integration strategies. Sets direction for all long-term strategic vision regarding IAM architecture.
Participates in user review, verification, and testing sessions, as directed. Develops test scripts, performs scripted tests, and documents the results.
Analyzes internal processes, suggests improvements and devises possible solutions.
Mentors to less experienced engineers and trains them through both formal and informal training programs.
Performs required audits to satisfy regulatory compliance.
Devises solutions to complex operational problems within the capacity and operational limitations of installed applications.
Develops, and documents system identity and access models, plans, diagrams, illustrations and procedures for the IT development team and the IT services desk.
Adheres to best practices including maintenance windows and change control procedures.
