The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, proficiency in PowerPoint, and excellent facilitation, organization and storytelling capabilities to effectively communicate data and digital transformations journey to various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage business analysis projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT solutions.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- 7 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Project Management background (ability to lead projects)
- Ability to work onsite in Greeley, CO 3 days per week
Salary : $50 - $65
